what does intermittent fasting  mean?


While the idea of fasting can be overwhelming, especially if you haven’t done it before, intermittent fasting can actually be a lot easier . During intermittent fasting, eating is restricted for some part of the day. During the periods of time in which you’re eating, emphasis is mainly on healthy fats, clean protein, and carbohydrates from whole food sources.


If intermittent fasting is not a route you want to go on, then to induce a similar state and reap all the benefits of intermittent fasting, one can have recourse to a fasting mimicking diet.

  • STEP 2: If you choose our  intermittent fasting protocol, we set up weekly diet plan which incorporates a set number of hours of fasting followed by eating food rich in whole plants and some animal protein.
    To ensure the success of this you work with our health coach to come up l with a meal plan and shopping list for 5 days. The cost of this is £250.


  • STEP 3: For those choosing the fast mimicking diet you get an already preplanned diet to achieve all benefits from fasting. ProLon provides the food and nutrients that will allow you to thrive in normal life, but you still get the health benefits of water-only fasting.

    The ingredients are lactose and gluten-free.All ingredients are organic, with the exception of a plant-based glycerol drink.
    The cost of a 5 day Prolon meal is £265.
